The outstanding orders report has a new parameter added to its run-time prompts to exclude call-off templates from the outstanding orders list.

Outstanding Call-Off Details

A report, Outstanding Call-Offs is supplied as part of the Call-Off accessory. This report lists the active template lines and shows the breakdown of the template.

Orders Due Call-Off From/To Date

Enter the date range for which call-off details are to be printed – if left blank then all details are included.

Include Random Call-Off’s

Applicable for the frequency variant, random call-off frequencies do not have a scheduled date recorded against them. Set whether this report is to include such templates.
