Datafile Software Apply Delivery Charge if Below Minimum Order Value This new feature allows the invoice document to apply the delivery charge only if the order total (exclusive of VAT) is below a set minimum order value. Within the Document Design parameters a new option has been added to the ‘Additional Charge / Overall Discount’ parameter screen to omit the prompt for the delivery charge if the order sub-total exceeds the set value. Omit Prompt if Sub-Total Amount Greater Than – enter the order value below which the system will prompt for the configured additional charge. If the order value is equal/greater than the value entered here the delivery charge will not be applied.
