Datafile Software Print Acknowledgement if no Details The order acknowledgement documents can be configured to print the details or omit the details; however you couldn’t configure a document to print the details but still continue to print an acknowledgement if no details have yet been entered. This new feature allows this option. Installation Document Design Manager The ability to allow a document to print regardless of whether the order has details is configured through the document parameters. From the main menu select Installation, followed by Application Manager, and then Document Design Manager. Select the appropriate order processing application and then select the Acknowledgements sub-menu.Enter the document number of the document you wish to amend and select to update the layout. Once the document mask is displayed select Parameters from the toolbar and move to the parameter screen ‘Order Details Items Printed’. Print if no Details
Set to allow print of the acknowledgement when the order has no document details. |
