Datafile Software Flag User-ID, Date and Time to Order Detail on Document Production This option allows the document to flag back to any
sales/purchase order detail record processed on the document the user-id, date
and time it was processed. InstallationScreen 16 ‘Copy Data Items from Order Files’ of the Document Design Parameters contains new options to flag the order detail with the current user, system date and time. Flag Order Detail with Current User-id – Item Flag Order Detail with System Date – Item Flag Order Detail with System Time – Item
Enter data item numbers on the order detail to update as required. User-Id will be an X (6) type, Date will be a D/E type, and Time will be an N-type. |
