Document Processing - Omit Memo Warnings

Depending on how you use the MEMO functionality against orders and accounts it can be an irritation if these memos are displayed during document processing. This new feature allows you to disable these warnings on a document-by-document basis.

Installation

Document Design Manager

This new option is set within the document parameters for the order processing document parameters.To update Diamond and Premier users should select Installation followed by Application Manager and then Document Design Manager, Compact and Professional users should select Installation followed by Document Design Manager.

From the list of application documents select the appropriate Order Processing Documents and then select the document type and then the list of documents is displayed, enter the document number required and the document mask is displayed.

To omit memo warnings select the Parameters option from the main toolbar and move to screen ’12 – Optional Features During Invoice’ by selecting the ACTION button and selecting the required screen from the list before selecting NEXT to move to screen 12a.
