Omit Application of Discount Matrix Entries on Price Band (SOP Only)


This feature allows the option to suppress the application of discount matrix entries when the order line is entered against a particular price band(s).

Installation

Application User Facilities

The new option to enter the price bands for which discount matrix entries are not to be applied is available within the Optional Features. From the main menu select Installation, followed by Application Manager and then Application User Facilities. Select the Sales Order Processing application, followed by Enter/Amend Orders, Advanced Input Facilities and then Optional Features. The additional parameter is on the third screen.

Prevent Matrix for Order Prices (1-9)

Enter, as a string, the price bands for which no matrix entries are to be applied. For example, if you don’t wish to apply matrix entries for price bands 8 and 9 then enter ‘89’ into the appropriate input, if don’t wish to apply entries for bands 5, 7 and 9 then enter ‘579’.
