This new feature allows the invoice document to apply the delivery charge only if the order total (exclusive of VAT) is below a set minimum order value.
Within the Document Design parameters a new option has been added to the ‘Additional Charge / Overall Discount’ parameter screen to omit the prompt for the delivery charge if the order sub-total exceeds the set value.
Omit Prompt if Sub-Total Amount Greater Than – enter the order value below which the system will prompt for the configured additional charge. If the order value is equal/greater than the value entered here the delivery charge will not be applied.
