Allow Account Data Items within Fax Parameters

When printing documents to a fax printer selected fax software allows for the sending of commands from within the document to control details such as the fax number to send to (as opposed to selecting from the fax software address book).

The ‘Fax Commands’ option within the document design allowed you to select data items from the Order Header file to ‘print’ as fax commands and be passed to the fax software. New in this update you can now include data items from the accounts file.

When including data items the system will continue to recognise !nnn to print data items from the Order Header file, the new standard is however !Xnnnwhere X is H for the order header database and A for the accounts file. You can see the items available for selection via the Header and Accounts buttons at the bottom of the screen.
