Datafile Software Additional Sales / Purchase Account Display Items When posting a receipt or payment the system displays
the account name, first two lines of the address and the account balance on
entry of the customer / supplier account code.This new feature adds three user-definable items to this display. Installation
Application User Facilities The extra display items are set within the Application
User Facilities for the Cashbook. To
update select Installation from the
main menu followed by Application
Manager and then Application User
Facilities. Select the Cashbook application followed by Cash Book Transactions and then Cash Receipts or Cash Payments respectively. Show Extra Sales (Purchase) Account Items – select to enable the display of extra account items when entering receipt/payments for a customer/supplier. When set a pop-up allows for the nomination of the three extra items to display (<F4-Select> is available if required). Prefix with Item Name – set to prefix the extra item with the data item name which can help in interpreting the displayed value. |
