search

search="aaa" — where aaa is the mnemonic for a detail file. This is used when creating an output XML file of detail records where the driving file is the master file. It was defined specifically for creating XML sales invoice and credit note files. This looks for the first and subsequent detail records to satisfy any test criteria for output to the XML file. The important difference to outputting (say) purchase orders is that it is only the details (e.g. invoices) that are being output, not both the master and the detail (purchase orders). If not details can be found, then an XML file is not initiated
