Datafile Software Specific Trading Partner Notes - Kingfield Heath Use their own unique set of order type codes. These are included in the GLU file, using the technique described above If no specific required date is given, the next working day is assumed by using a latest acceptable date of 0000-00-00. The order template includes a specific test for this. An order response only contains lines for which there are issues, such as some or all of the quantity back-ordered, or a product substitution has taken place. If a product substitution is made, then the new product details — code, pack size, price, description, plus the quantity of the new product being supplied — is noted in the purchase order detail line, overwriting some of the original descriptions |
