Trial Balance - Omit Zero Value Accounts


When printing the Trial Balance the system reports all nominal accounts subject to selection criteria. Where you have a coded structure you may have a number of accounts with zero values and this new option allows you to omit these accounts from the report.


Omit Zero Value Accounts – set to omit zero value accounts from the Trial Balance. Note that zero value relates to the DB/CR value reported as at the period you run the report.

Installation

This feature is available immediately on update to Release 6.7, no configuration changes are required for this facility.
