Additional Charge

An additional charge can be configured for your document (Document Design parameter screen ‘Additional Charge / Overall Discount’)

The format of the invoice may include an additional item at this point (whose name can replace the "Delivery” in the prompt above). It may be used, for example, to add an additional charge such as postage and packing.If the item was specified as subject to tax, the program automatically makes the appropriate calculations to adjust the final tax figure. Key in the amount required, and <Enter>.

Overall Discount

An overall discount can be configured to be prompted after the additional charge (Document Design parameter screen ‘Additional Charge / Overall Discount’ but note that you cannot use both the overall discount and line discount within the same invoice layout).

Totals and End Invoice Prompts

This (optional) screen displays the net sub-total, tax total and document total. You may also enter here up to six final pieces of information, depending on the invoice design (Document Design parameter screen ‘Prompts: Request Information from Keyboard’). For example, you may need to enter further details such as a delivery name and address to print on the invoice. Type in the information required.
