Datafile Software Markup Rules The rules for XML markup are fully defined in W3C documentation, and can be found from their web-site. But the main aspects are covered in the Datafile XML Template section — the Datafile templates used to create and deconstruct XML files are themselves XML files. An XML file that fully obeys the markup standards is known as "well-formed”. Only well-formed XML files can be processed by an application. |
