Datafile SQL Configuration

Running the SQL Configuration option allows you to configure the link from the Datafile system to the SQL Database.

It is important to note at this point that SQL is not a layman’s tool. The configuration and installation of any SQL Database, the software that maintains this Database – as an example Microsoft SQL Server, the user access rights and security, and the uses to which it’s put require dedicated and qualified installers and/or programmers.

The Datafile SQL Driver links into a pre-existing SQL configuration, this configuration and the uses to which any mirrored SQL table(s) are put is outside the purview of Datafile Software support.
