Budget 1?13 K L Up to 13 fields (depending on the number of periods defined for this company) to hold the monthly budget movements. For balance sheet accounts, you have the option that these can hold the month-end budget balance figure instead.

Budget Total K L The total annual budget (or the year-end balance for a balance sheet account). It should equal the sum of the period budget fields, except for balance sheet accounts holding the period balances
