Application Memo Options

When editing a memo and adding new comments it can be helpful to ‘mark’ the new section with the user who updated the note and date/time it was edited. This new feature inserts text at the start of the memo with the user-id/date/time and positions the cursor after this point for the operator to enter the note.

A new button is available on the right ‘New Entry’ that inserts the user-id/date/time at the start of the memo and positions the cursor after this text ready to enter the new detail. Any existing memo text is moved downwards so latest note is added at the top.

No set-up changes are required for this option; this feature is available immediately on update to Release 6.2
