XML Transaction Types

These are the XML transaction currently available. Only the first two are supplied as standard with the XML module. Any others required must be purchased as separate XML transactions. Transactions shown in italics were not available at the time of writing, and you need to check availability with your Datafile reseller.

0001 Export database records to XML file — supplied as standard
0002 Import XML file into a database — supplied as standard
0101 Create XML files from invoices in the sales ledger
0102 Create XML files from credit notes in the sales ledger
0201 Import XML invoice files into the purchase ledger
0202 Import XML credit note files into the purchase ledger
0803 Import sales orders into the sales order processing system (requires the use of the sales batch order input module too)
0804 Create XML acknowledgement files from the sales order processing system
0805 Create XML delivery note files from the sales order processing system
0903 Create XML purchase order files from the purchase order processing system
0904 Update purchase orders from XML acknowledgement files received
0905 Update purchase orders from XML delivery note (order response) files received
0906 Update purchase orders and purchase ledger from XML invoice files received
