Warehouse Tablet - Show Stock Image on Enquiry

The Datafile Warehouse Tablet software also receives new features with this release. The Warehouse tablet is a ‘lite’ version of the Datafile Software to use within a warehouse environment using a Windows Tablet and provides options for Sales Order Picking and Purchase Order Goods Received.

When enquiring on a stock record it can be useful to view an image of the stock item to confirm the SKU being reviewed. This option is now available within the Warehouse Tablet.

Installation

Settings / Field Mappings

A new profile item has been added to reference the Image File data item on the Stock Record.

To set click the ‘Field’ option against the ‘Image Path’ label and the available Stock data items will be listed. Choose the item containing the stock image filename. Once selected the item will appear automatically on the Stock Enquiry.
