Transaction Entry - Additional Options for User 1/2 Items

A feature within Stock System Profiles allows the system to configure two additional prompts for use during transaction entry within Stock Control. When set these additional items appear on all transaction entry screens within Stock Control.

This new option allows you to omit the additional items based on the transaction type or to set that input is mandatory for selected transaction types.

Installation

Application User Facilities

To set the options to omit input of user-1/2 items for selected transaction types or to make inputs mandatory for a particular transaction type new options have been added to the Application User Facilities within Stock Control. To update Installer users can right-click on the Stock Transactions menu action and select Configure Option.Alternatively select Installation from the main menu followed by Application Manager and then Application User Facilities before selecting Stock Control and Stock Transactions. New options for omission or mandatory input of user-1/2 items have been added to the fourth screen of configuration options.

Omit User 1 – set whether the additional user-1 input item is to be omitted for input, set for each transaction type as required.

Mandatory User 1 – set whether the additional user-1 input item requires input, set for each transaction type as required.

Omit User 2 – set whether the additional user-2 input item is to be omitted for input, set for each transaction type as required.

Mandatory User 2 – set whether the additional user-2 input item requires input, set for each transaction type as required.
