Timesheet Entry / Enter Date per Line

Standard timesheet entry asks for the date as part of the initial inputs and then all entered lines on that timesheet are updated with the same date. This new feature, applying to standard entry options and budget / authorisation options, asks for the timesheet date on a line-by-line basis.

A general date is still entered in the initial inputs and this is used as the default date for each entry line.

Installation

Application User Facilities

A parameter has been added within the Job Costing Application User Facilities to prompt for the transaction date on a line-by-line basis. To enable select Installation from the main menu followed by Application Manager and then Application User Facilities. Select the Job Costing application and then the option Enter Job Cost Details, the new parameter is on the second screen of optional features.
