Print Scans to PDF

The options to view scans – either via the Scans link on the Ledger Enquiry or when viewing a scanned purchase invoice – allow you to print the scanned document to a printer but didn’t allow you to print to PDF (unless you had a PDF print driver installed). From Release 6.3 the system will also allow you to print the scan to the Datafile PDF print device and to email – including the invoice as a PDF attachment.

No set-up changes are required for this feature; this option is available immediately on update to Release 6.3
