This option allows you to set the prime index format for each of the application databases including the Invoicer product file.
The default format for the product file is AA9999 – this forces product codes to have letters as the first two characters followed by four numbers. A typical other format would be UUUUUUUUUU which would allow ten characters of any combination of letters and numbers.
The ‘Company Name’ displayed here is used as the name in all reports including the Invoicer product file reports.
