Whenever you press <F4-Select> within the Invoicer system the details displayed can be configured to show the items you require. This is done via the Select Key Definition – available to Diamond and Premier users.
As you select this option the system displays each of the ‘system’ databases used within the invoicer application in turn asking you to select the items, up to ten, that you wish to display.
Note: these items only affect the items displayed in the list when selected within Invoicer; they do not affect the items you can filter on (i.e. the header selection inputs). These are the prime and secondary indexes of the databases concerned.
