This
new feature adds a PRINT option to the Employee Calendar facility available
within the Employee enquiry tools in the Ledger Enquiry.
Select the PRINT option displays a parameter screen asking if you wish to report totals for all employees (leave blank to report the detail for the current employee).
Selecting PRINT displays the usual print dialog asking you to select the print device before creating a report showing either the employee details or totals for all employees. Selecting the OPTIONS button allows you to set the usual page size and font settings (note that have different format options depending on whether you select employee totals or not).
