Existing options allow for the printed acknowledgement, delivery note or invoice document to total two items from the order detail file for print on the document. This may include total items for quantity or weight.In this update a new third item has been added to allow for up to three total items to be printed.
Within the Document Design Parameters a new option has been added to the ‘Order Detail Items to be Printed’ parameter screen to specify a third total item.
Tot Item – specify the data item on the order detail file to be totalled for print in the document footer. <F4-Select> is available if required.The following items control where the item prints on the document, however, you can more easily set these items from the document mask by selecting to add a new data item from the category ‘Order Detail Items to Total’.
