Within SOP and POP documents you have the option to print static images such as document logos and trademarks, plus the option to print images from the stock record. This new feature allows you to print images from the order header. This could allow you to, for example, print signature images related to the user who has entered the order.
Installation
Document Design Manager
Within the Document Design Parameters new options have been added to screen 2 to enable print of the order images.
To update select Installation from the main menu followed by Application Manager and then Document Design Manager. Select the Sales (Purchase) Order Processing application and then the appropriate document type before selecting the document number of the document to update.Select the Parameters option from the ribbon and then use the Action button to move to parameter screen 2.
Print Order Image(s) – set to allow print of images from the order header.Selecting this option will display a pop-up parameter screen to configure the image display.
You have the option to print two image items – for each image you enter:
·Image Width (Cols) – set the no of document columns the image is to display over.
·Image Height (Rows) – set the no of document rows the image is to display over
·Start Column / Row – set the top left print position of the image.
·Order Image Item – reference the data item on the order header file that holds the document image file and pathname. Field type should be X for the image item.
·Keep in Proportion – set to size the image within the set width/height based on the size of the image itself (normally set).
