This new feature allows a run-time parameter on the
Stock Valuation report to omit the individual stock record entries and report
the totals (and any set sub-totals) only.Diamond and Premier Users can set whether to report
by default on totals only.
Print Totals Only – set to omit the individual stock entries but to report any set sub-total and the overall total value only. If configured for location stock will report total per location as an ‘effective’ sub-total.
Installation
Application User Facilities
The option for ‘Print Totals Only’ is available immediately on program update. Diamond and Premier Users can, however, set a configuration option to default the report to printing the totals only.
Within the configuration parameters for the Stock
Valuation report a new option ‘Print Totals Only’ is available which, if set,
will default the run-time report to totals only. To update the parameters select Installation from the main menu
followed by Application Manager and Application User Facilities. Select the Stock Control application followed by Stock Reports and the Stock Valuation report.
Print Totals Only – set to default to printing the report totals only (NB: You can still switch this option off at run-time to print the report detail)
