System Status

This option displays a summary of the current status of the Bill of Materials application in five sections.

Company displays the identifying code and name of the active company.

Files display the total number of order header and detail records reserved plus the highest in use.

Dates display the systems current date and the stock period dates.

Document Numbers displays the last number processed for each of the twelve document sequence counters available. If you have kept to the conventional structure then sequences 1-6 are for acknowledgements, and 7-12 are for build documents.

Last Order displays the reference of the last order added to the system.
