Security and User Manager

The Security and User Manager allows you to set authority levels and passwords on specific application options and to define any user authority overrides. This option is only available for Professional users and above. After selecting the application, you are given two screens of options for security checks.

In the first screen you may attach a password and/or an authority level for each of the main invoicer options. If Premier and logging options are enabled then you can also log users who attempt to enter the password/authority level protected action without the authority to do so. You can also nominate users who are nominally blocked from this application by their authority level to be allowed. On the second screen you are allowed to specify passwords and authority levels to some of the specific transactions and product record maintenance options.
