Your Datafile Software reseller will supply and configure this option for you. It may involve additional validation or other procedures if your order processing system requires them. For example, if any incoming order contains prices, then you may want to check these against the prices in your own system (taking account of discount matrix variations) to flag any differences that might cause you to go back to the customer.
