Nominal Ledger

The essence of the foreign currency nominal ledger is that all transactions are converted to base currency values. However, account balance and transaction details are also held in the foreign currency for all nominal accounts which you have assigned to a foreign currency. Reports can be configured to show both base currency and foreign currency values.

The following paragraphs describe the differences in use between the foreign currency and standard versions of the programs.
