Datafile Software Include Older Transactions on Audit Trail When printing an Account Audit Trail within the Nominal Ledger or Cashbook you are able to confirm the period number and the date range of the transactions to display. The date range defaults to the period number you confirm but you can change the dates as required within the previous or current accounting calendar year. From this update you can change the start date to any point prior to the start of the previous year and include historical transactions you may still have on file. When changing the start date you will be warned when the date entered is prior to the start of the previous accounting calendar year but you will be allowed to proceed. Note that in these circumstances the balance b/f on the account starts at 0 meaning that unless all transactions are included the running balance may be ‘inaccurate’. |
