Document Processing – Additional Comment Text per Order Detail

Document configuration previously allowed for the entry of a comment line if either the confirmed action qty was zero or if it was amended from the default quantity. The comment text printed underneath the description / extra text details for each entry on the document.

This option has now been extended to allow the entry of up to 9 lines of comment text and to allow entry of comment for any non-zero action quantity.

Installation

Parameter screen 11 ‘Order Detail Items to be Confirmed’ within SOP/POP documents allows for configuration of the additional comment text.

Extra Text Lines

Set the number of comment text lines, from 1 to 9, to be allowed per detail.

Use When: Diff Qty

Zero Qty

X-Zero
