Document Processing – View Only Action Quantity

This option allows the document action quantity – the quantity to be delivered on delivery note, invoiced on an invoice document, etc – to be view-only and not allow the operator to amend the default quantity. The operator will still be prompted for any confirm items, to enter batch/serial codes, and will still be able to use the <F4-Select> key to edit the extra text.

Installation

A new option has been added to parameter screen 1 of the SOP and POP document parameters within the Document Design Manager.

Set view-only – set for the default action quantity to be view-only and not allow operator amendment.
