Datafile Software Pick Lists – All Records Button Enquiry pick lists generally apply a pick list limit restricting the number of records displayed in the first instance to improve speed. If more records are available a MORE icon displayed and you could select this option to bring in the next set of records or alternatively press <F11> to bring in the next set of records or <F12> to bring in all records. New in this update an ALL icon is displayed next to the MORE icon to enable you to click the icon and bring in ALL records. |
