This option lets you change the comparative year total for individual accounts. If the nominal ledger is still open for the previous year then you are warned

Reply No. If the previous year is still open for postings then you should not even consider changing the comparative figures, which are the actual values for last year.Only if you are supremely sure that it is safe to do so should you pass this step.

This option works just like the Enter Current Budget Year Totals described above.
